Evoca Bondi is our flagship standalone clinic in Bondi Junction, dedicated to all things family and women’s health.
We welcome women, men and children of all ages including LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse individuals across a broad range of GP and family healthcare services. Some patients and key services are Bulk Billed with no out-of-pocket cost; others attract a standard consultation fee.

Kids under 16, DVA Gold Card, Pensioner & Health Care Card holders

Fully Bulk Billed for all standard GP consultations, any time of day.

BULK BILLED SERVICES

IUD insertions only and Implanon insertions & removals both

Bulk Billed for patients with a valid Medicare card. IUD removals are not Bulk Billed.

STANDARD MEDICARE CARD

All other patients with a valid Medicare card

A flat $50 out-of-pocket fee applies to all GP consults including PrEP and STI checks.

FULL FEE

Patients without a valid Medicare card

Full consultation fee payable at time of visit.

This fee table below applies to all patients with a valid Medicare card. You’ll need to pay the total fee at your appointment, and your Medicare rebate will be processed to your account afterwards. Patients without a valid Medicare card will need to pay the total fee in full.

Fee & Billing Policy

Our Approach to Billing

Evoca Bondi operates a mixed-billing model. Some patients and services are bulk billed with no out-of-pocket cost (see above), all other consultations and procedures attract a fee. Where a Medicare rebate applies, our team claims it on your behalf.

Medicare Rebates

For eligible consultations, we claim your Medicare rebate for you at the time of your visit. There’s nothing further you need to do.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods (cash, EFTPOS, credit card) and whether a card surcharge applies.

When Payment is Due

Payment is required at the time you attend for your appointment.

After Hours & Public Holiday Surcharges

Reflected directly in the fee tables above, after-hours and public holiday appointments carry a higher total fee than ordinary-hours appointments.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $50 cancellation fee applies if less than 12 hours’ notice is given.
