Completing her qualifications as an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, Nicole Moore has over 25 years of experience supporting women in addressing a wide range of nutritional concerns.
Nicole has undertaken specialised training in low-carb nutrition therapy for managing PCOS and has expertise in areas such as insulin resistance, weight management, endometriosis pelvic pain, inflammation, menopausal symptoms, and gut health, including inflammatory bowel disease.
Beyond her professional work, Nicole is passionate about giving back to the community through mentoring, volunteer work, and providing free nutrition therapy talks for doctors and nurses. Her dedication to better health extends beyond her profession.
Nicole’s personal experiences with weight management and persistent bloating inspired her to specialise in women’s health. She understands how overwhelming it can be to navigate these challenges while balancing the demands of daily life. This drives her commitment to empowering women with personalised, practical, and sustainable strategies to achieve long-term wellness.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her daughter Chanelle and son Dilahn, creating healthy recipes, and staying active with long walks on the beach.
Completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India in 2008, Sangeeta gained experience across hospitals, community care, and private practice in India, Singapore, and Australia. To further her expertise, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2011.
Her passion for women’s health was shaped by both her clinical experience and personal journey into motherhood, leading her to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne in 2022.
Sangeeta specialises in pelvic health concerns, including pregnancy and postpartum recovery, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, and rehabilitation after gynaecological surgery. She is committed to ongoing education, ensuring her patients receive the most up-to-date care.
Known for her compassionate approach, Sangeeta listens attentively to her patients, empowering them to regain confidence in their bodies. She recognised a significant gap in women’s health physiotherapy and is dedicated to bridging this by providing the support and awareness women need.
Outside of work, Sangeeta enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters, catching up with friends, and staying active through badminton.
With 25 years of experience in medicine, Dr Ignatius is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has a postgraduate fellowship in obstetrics and gynaecology.
Working as a GP Obstetrician in the Riverland community of Loxton, South Australia and as a service registrar of obstetrics and gynaecology at the Lyell McEwin hospital, Dr Ignatius has gained a lot of valuable knowledge when it comes to Women’s Health.
Outside of medicine, Dr Ignatius enjoys playing badminton.
An APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist, Khush completed a Master of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy in Sports from UniSA. Having now been a Physiotherapist for over ten years, Khush has worked extensively with different sport teams and enjoys treating sporting and musculoskeletal injuries.
