Ai Jerome is an experienced dietitian with more than 20 years of clinical experience and a strong interest in women’s health and nutrition across all stages of life. Having lived and worked internationally, including in Hong Kong and Thailand, Ai brings an appreciation of different cultures, cuisines and approaches to food. She is passionate about making nutrition practical, enjoyable and achievable, recognising that women often balance their own health needs with the demands of work, family and caring for others.

Ai supports women with nutrition through fertility, pregnancy and the postnatal period, as well as changing hormonal needs, perimenopause, menopause and healthy ageing. Her approach is evidence-based, compassionate and tailored to each woman’s circumstances. She has experience supporting women with metabolic health, blood glucose and cholesterol management, bone health and eating disorder recovery. Ai particularly values helping women develop a positive relationship with food, better understand their nutritional needs and feel empowered to make informed decisions about their health.

Outside of work, Ai is a busy mum of three who enjoys tennis, running, strength training and spending time outdoors. A self-confessed food enthusiast, she loves discovering new ingredients and recipes, cooking, gardening and entertaining family and friends. She also regularly volunteers at her children’s school events and enjoys being involved in the school community.
