Dr Mashail is a highly experienced GP with 17 years of clinical practice spanning most areas of general medicine. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Khartoum in 2007 and became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2013. Dr Mashail also holds an Advanced Diploma in Women’s Health, a Fellowship in Diabetes Management, a Professional Diploma in Reproductive and Sexual health, and a Master of Public Health, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in patient care.

Over the course of her career, Dr Mashail has developed a particular passion for women’s health, with a focus on maternal and child health, breast conditions and family planning. Her dedication to this field stems not only by her extensive professional experience but also from her personal perspective as a woman and mother, giving her a unique understanding of the challenges women face throughout their lives.

Dr Mashail’s diverse medical experience across Africa and the Middle East has enriched her practice and enhanced her ability to deliver patient-centered, culturally sensitive care. She appreciates the varied cultural perspectives on women’s health and applies this understanding to support patients from all backgrounds.

Speaking both English and Arabic, Dr Mashail is able to provide holistic and comprehensive care with patients from her local community.
