Marina provides physiotherapy for a wide range of women’s health concerns, including pregnancy and postnatal recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel concerns, prolapse, pelvic pain, endometriosis, lymphoedema, diastasis recti, pain management, birth preparation, and returning to exercise after childbirth. She believes women should not have to accept pelvic pain, bladder or bowel symptoms, or physical changes after pregnancy as a normal part of life. Her approach combines personalised treatment, education, and rehabilitation to help women better understand their bodies, manage symptoms, and return to daily activities with confidence./span>
Outside of work, Marina values spending quality time with her family and maintaining a healthy balance between her professional and personal life. She is committed to empowering women to move better, feel stronger, and enjoy an active, healthy lifestyle./span>
