Dr. Sneha Wadhwani

Qualifying in medicine in 2002 from the University of Leicester UK, Dr Sneha went on to train as a GP in London and completed postgraduate diplomas in obstetrics and gynaecology, sexual and reproductive health, child health, as well as IUD and Implanon fitting.

Having worked in a menopause clinic, whilst also practicing as a GP, Dr Sneha subsequently moved into general gynaecology outpatient services and urogynaecology in the UK.

In 2015, Dr Sneha moved to Australia with her husband and two daughters and started a Women’s Health Clinic in Maroubra Medical and Dental Centre. With the relocation to Bondi a couple years later, so too came the opening of another Women’s Health Clinic in this location, led by Dr Sneha.

Not only has Dr Sneha dedicated her medical profession to helping women, but she has also dedicated herself to teaching GPs and medical students in this field since 2006. UNSW Medical School is also lucky to have Dr Sneha on board as a conjoint lecturer.

Outside of Women’s Health, Dr Sneha enjoys being a mum to her daughters, practicing yoga and Pilates, eating great food and travelling. She believes that life is for living and loves living it to the full!

Leading the launch of the Evoca Women’s Health brand. We will be the first corporate company to recognise and deliver focused women’s health services nationally from primary care.

Empowering and training fellow GPs and nurses who are passionate about Women’s Health. Creating and delivering specially focused services tailored to their female patient demographic from their own medical centres.

Women have a longer life expectancy than men yet are more likely to live longer with disease. Due to gender specific challenges, such as changes in function of reproductive systems throughout different stages and phases of life, women require a range of health needs. This constant state of flux can be hard to manage and even harder to understand

I believe that though educating, engaging and empowering women via a focused and holistic women's health approach, we can enable women to make better and more informed health choices. By optimising a woman’s health and wellbeing, she can lead a fulfilled and productive life and, ultimately, reach her full potential
