Stephanie Iera

Stephanie Iara is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) with a wealth of experience in Women’s Health dietetics. Her passion lies in utilising food and nutrition to enhance quality of life, offering personalised, evidence-based advice to help individuals cultivate a positive relationship with food.

Stephanie’s dedication extends beyond her profession, as she actively advocates for gender equality in healthcare and raises awareness for conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS.

Rebecca Miles

Originally from the serene South Coast, Rebecca Miles ventured to Sydney for university studies, delving into the world of nutrition and dietetics. Graduating with honours from the University of Wollongong in 2023, she kickstarted her career in private practice, gaining invaluable experience in managing a diverse array of chronic diseases.

Her professional journey has been shaped by a deepening interest in Women’s Health, fuelled by the increasing number of clients presenting with common women’s health concerns. Beyond her work, Rebecca finds solace and joy in various physical activities, from swimming to tennis, reflecting her passion for promoting health and wellness.

Manwah Cheung

Manwah Cheung is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who graduated from the University of Sydney. Her mission is to empower women with the knowledge and skills they need to manage their health concerns, advocating for evidenced-based solutions in nutrition.

Believing in the importance of practical approaches to healthy eating, Manwah strives to provide accessible guidance for incorporating nutritious habits into daily life. Outside of her profession, she finds joy in attending concerts and exploring new vegan restaurants.

Katie Harris

Katie Harris is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience dedicated to helping women achieve optimal health through nutrition. Specialising in fertility and pregnancy, Katie is certified as a Fertility and Pre-Natal Dietitian, offering holistic nutrition therapy to manage and treat medical conditions.

She is passionate about empowering women to reach their nutrition goals through simple and sustainable changes, providing personalised nutrition plans tailored to individual needs. Outside of her profession, Katie enjoys Pilates, beach runs, exploring new destinations, and indulging in culinary adventures.

Bianca Chan

Bianca Chan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and graduate of Monash University (2021), with a keen focus on women’s health issues such as PCOS, endometriosis, and hypothyroidism. Embracing an evidence-based and holistic approach, Bianca considers lifestyle and mental well-being alongside nutrition in her practice. Committed to personalised care, she tailors her guidance to an individual’s unique needs, empowering clients to make lasting, positive changes for overall well-being.

Growing up in Hong Kong, Bianca developed a deep connection with food, and outside of work, she expresses her love through cooking for friends and family. She is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.

Dr Tania Altaf

Dr Tania Altaf is a part-time GP who enjoys traveling and reading books. Balancing her professional and personal life is crucial to her, especially with a family of young children.

Upon arriving in Australia, Dr Tania Altaf had to complete her exams before securing a job. She began her career in a small QLD hospital, later transitioning to a larger hospital. Eventually, she found her passion in general practice and has been practicing as a GP since 2018, completing her Final exam in 2022. Dr Tania Altaf is currently based in ACT.

Women everywhere prioritise the needs of others over their own, often neglecting their physical and mental well-being. As a woman herself, Dr Tania Altaf strives to empower her patients to prioritise self-care.

Understanding the challenges of accessing specialist appointments promptly, Dr Tania Altaf is committed to providing efficient and affordable services to women in need.

Dr Priya Murugiah

Although born and raised in Malaysia, Dr Priya completed her MBBS at Adelaide University, before completing her GP training by working in Riverland and Barossa Valley in regional SA. Moving to NSW in 2018, Dr Priya worked in Riverstone, then in Jerrabomberra, before relocating to Canberra and starting at Phillip Medical and Dental Centre.

As an outstanding student, Dr Priya was presented with multiple awards during her years of study, including; Best Resident Medical Officer 2013 from the Lyell McEwin Hospital Intern Choice Awards, The Tun Dato’ Seri Dr Mohamed Zahir Merit Award in 2009 for excellence in academic performance and the Pre-clinical MBBS from International Medical University (IMU) in Malaysia.

Dr Priya has also volunteered her time to be an OSCE examiner/patient for Adelaide University students, PRCC Flinders Medical University students as well as for the RACGP.

Outside of medicine, you will find Dr Priya reading or spending quality time with family and friends, including her precious 8 month old daughter.

Enas Al Shahabi

A competent and compassionate GP, Dr Enas is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has many years of experience in Australia and overseas. Patient centred care is Dr Ena’s main principle, as she likes to keep an excellent professional relationship with her patients.

With a special interest in women’s health and skin care, Dr Enas is passionate about helping women in rural areas who don’t have quality access to healthcare. This has also led to Dr Enas wanting to share her knowledge and she is proud to be a supervisor for international medical graduate colleagues while working in rural NSW.

Outside of medicine, Dr Enas loves to enjoy nature and outdoor activities.

Clara Wu

Clara graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics degree (Honours). She started in rural Queensland shortly after graduation and has been servicing Brisbane metro areas since August 2023.

With an Asian background, specifically from Hong Kong, Clara enjoys practicing yoga or pilates in her free time. She has recently picked up reading as well.

Dr. Lily Han

Dr Lily has been a doctor for more than 10 years. Originally doing her studies overseas, Dr Lily then came to practice in Australia, which included 4 years of experience in rural areas.
