Bianca Chan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and graduate of Monash University (2021), with a keen focus on women’s health issues such as PCOS, endometriosis, and hypothyroidism. Embracing an evidence-based and holistic approach, Bianca considers lifestyle and mental well-being alongside nutrition in her practice. Committed to personalised care, she tailors her guidance to an individual’s unique needs, empowering clients to make lasting, positive changes for overall well-being.
Growing up in Hong Kong, Bianca developed a deep connection with food, and outside of work, she expresses her love through cooking for friends and family. She is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
Dr. Sid has been working in Australian general practice since 2020 after moving from the UK where he trained as a GP and worked in various hospitals. Although he sees all aspects of general practice, Dr Sid has a special interest in urogynaecology (including conservative management of prolapses) and general gynaecology.
A current member of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health – UK, Dr Sid is trained to perform IUCD/IUD (Mirena, Kyleena, copper coil) insertions and Implanon insertions. Dr Sid can also perform joint injections, minor surgical procedures, and is a certified MS2 prescriber for medical termination of pregnancy.
Completing her qualifications as an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, Nicole Moore has over 25 years of experience supporting women in addressing a wide range of nutritional concerns.
Nicole has undertaken specialised training in low-carb nutrition therapy for managing PCOS and has expertise in areas such as insulin resistance, weight management, endometriosis pelvic pain, inflammation, menopausal symptoms, and gut health, including inflammatory bowel disease.
Beyond her professional work, Nicole is passionate about giving back to the community through mentoring, volunteer work, and providing free nutrition therapy talks for doctors and nurses. Her dedication to better health extends beyond her profession.
Nicole’s personal experiences with weight management and persistent bloating inspired her to specialise in women’s health. She understands how overwhelming it can be to navigate these challenges while balancing the demands of daily life. This drives her commitment to empowering women with personalised, practical, and sustainable strategies to achieve long-term wellness.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her daughter Chanelle and son Dilahn, creating healthy recipes, and staying active with long walks on the beach.
A wealth of knowledge and expertise, Dr Danise has been a GP for over 20 years after graduating from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa.
During this time, Dr Danise has become dedicated to her patients and is especially passionate about helping women with their health concerns.
Outside of medicine, Dr Danise enjoys painting and crafts.
Completing his medical degree in India (Amrtistar) in 2002, Dr Gagandeep brings a wealth of knowledge from India, the UK and Australia. With over 20 years’ experience working as a GP, Dr Gagandeep takes pride in what he does, always going the extra mile for his patients and ensuring they receive the best possible care.
Outside of medicine, Dr Gagandeep likes to spend quality time relaxing with his family and friends and visiting new places.
