Originally from the serene South Coast, Rebecca Miles ventured to Sydney for university studies, delving into the world of nutrition and dietetics. Graduating with honours from the University of Wollongong in 2023, she kickstarted her career in private practice, gaining invaluable experience in managing a diverse array of chronic diseases.
Her professional journey has been shaped by a deepening interest in Women’s Health, fuelled by the increasing number of clients presenting with common women’s health concerns. Beyond her work, Rebecca finds solace and joy in various physical activities, from swimming to tennis, reflecting her passion for promoting health and wellness.
Manwah Cheung is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who graduated from the University of Sydney. Her mission is to empower women with the knowledge and skills they need to manage their health concerns, advocating for evidenced-based solutions in nutrition.
Believing in the importance of practical approaches to healthy eating, Manwah strives to provide accessible guidance for incorporating nutritious habits into daily life. Outside of her profession, she finds joy in attending concerts and exploring new vegan restaurants.
Katie Harris is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience dedicated to helping women achieve optimal health through nutrition. Specialising in fertility and pregnancy, Katie is certified as a Fertility and Pre-Natal Dietitian, offering holistic nutrition therapy to manage and treat medical conditions.
She is passionate about empowering women to reach their nutrition goals through simple and sustainable changes, providing personalised nutrition plans tailored to individual needs. Outside of her profession, Katie enjoys Pilates, beach runs, exploring new destinations, and indulging in culinary adventures.
Inoka Perera is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in women’s health, fertility support, pregnancy nutrition, menopause and metabolic health. She provides evidence-based, patient-centred care at Evoca Women’s Health, supporting women from preconception through pregnancy and into perimenopause and menopause. Inoka is passionate about helping women understand the connection between blood sugar regulation, hormones and long-term wellbeing, particularly for those navigating PCOS, insulin resistance, endometriosis, type 2 diabetes and fertility challenges.
After completing her degree in Food Science and Nutrition in Sri Lanka, Inoka attained her Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Wollongong and became an Accredited Practising Dietitian. She has undertaken further professional training in fertility and pregnancy nutrition and is a Certified Fertility and Prenatal Dietitian. Alongside her work in private practice, she has experience in community diabetes care and research settings, collaborating closely with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive women’s health care.
Inoka believes that early, proactive nutrition support can positively influence pregnancy outcomes and long-term health. She is committed to empowering women with practical, culturally relevant strategies and clear guidance to support informed decisions. Outside of work, she enjoys being a mum, travelling, swimming and spending time with her family.
Completing her qualifications as an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, Nicole Moore has over 25 years of experience supporting women in addressing a wide range of nutritional concerns.
Nicole has undertaken specialised training in low-carb nutrition therapy for managing PCOS and has expertise in areas such as insulin resistance, weight management, endometriosis pelvic pain, inflammation, menopausal symptoms, and gut health, including inflammatory bowel disease.
Beyond her professional work, Nicole is passionate about giving back to the community through mentoring, volunteer work, and providing free nutrition therapy talks for doctors and nurses. Her dedication to better health extends beyond her profession.
Nicole’s personal experiences with weight management and persistent bloating inspired her to specialise in women’s health. She understands how overwhelming it can be to navigate these challenges while balancing the demands of daily life. This drives her commitment to empowering women with personalised, practical, and sustainable strategies to achieve long-term wellness.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her daughter Chanelle and son Dilahn, creating healthy recipes, and staying active with long walks on the beach.
