Dr Noha Salem is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) with a special interest in women’s health and wellbeing. After graduating from medical school in 2009, she completed postgraduate training in Newcastle upon Tyne in the United Kingdom, including two years in General Medicine and Core Medical Training, before completing her General Practice training in 2019. Dr Salem moved to Australia in 2023 to join her husband, and they are now proud parents to their young son.
Dr Salem is passionate about supporting women through every stage of life, from managing menstrual concerns and fertility support to pregnancy care, contraception, cervical screening, menopause, and sexual and reproductive health. She understands the unique challenges women may experience and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a welcoming environment. She believes in empowering women to make informed decisions about their health while working together to achieve their individual wellbeing and maternal health goals.
Her clinical interests include fertility support, antenatal and postnatal care, contraception counselling, Implanon® insertion and removal, cervical screening, menopause and perimenopause management, family planning, and medical termination of pregnancy (MTOP) counselling. Outside of work, Dr Salem enjoys walking, cooking, practising Pilates, and indoor cycling, embracing an active and balanced lifestyle.
