Dr Subashi Henaka Rallage is a dedicated General Practitioner with a special interest in women’s health, providing compassionate, patient-centred care to individuals and families across all stages of life. She is committed to continuity of care, supporting women through contraception, pregnancy care, menstrual concerns, menopause, cervical screening, and sexual health. Dr Subashi values building strong doctor–patient relationships, ensuring each person feels heard, informed, and supported to make confident decisions about their health.
Her medical career began in Sri Lanka, where she gained extensive experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Emergency Medicine, and ICU Anaesthesia. Since moving to Australia, she has spent over a decade in general practice, working across rural NSW, Aboriginal Health services, and Western Sydney. These experiences have shaped her culturally sensitive and holistic approach to care, with a strong focus on preventative health, early intervention, and long-term wellbeing.
Dr Subashi is passionate about empowering women with knowledge and support, recognising the important role women’s health plays in the wellbeing of families and communities. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two boys, gardening, and playing chess, balancing her love for nature with thoughtful problem-solving.
